Plate View of Composite Images

There were 10 fields in each well in this experiment. The HCS scanner took 1 image in each of the 10 fields in each well for each channel. We'll show how to create a plate view of the Field 1 composite images of the 48 wells.
  1. Follow Steps 1 to 11 in the tutorial on how to create a plate view of scan images to get a plate view like the following:



    Note that it is O.K. to pick any channel in Step 10.

  2. Put this cell plot in the scan image mode:





  3. Move the cross cursor over the image area and click the right mouse button to pop up a menu:





  4. After Pseudo Colorize is selected, a plate view of composite images will be created:



    If you would like a closer look at the composite image in a particular well, put the the above plot in the trellis display mode and click your left mouse button over that well. For example, see how it's done here.
